Accreditation and Training

Aries Contracting's commitment to safety, quality work, and optimal procedures is not limited to our materials and workmanship. The safety of our own workers is also a priority and we maintain a comprehensive Health and Safety policy that includes task specific programs. Moreover, we work in cooperation with a range of other contractors to integrate our own safety measures while abiding with site-specific health and safety practices.
All our employees are fully-trained and provided with continuous education to ensure quality, worksmanship and safety measures are always honored.

Accreditation and Training

Our expertise is further augmented by our affiliations with key associations where Aries Contracting continues to be trained on the most up to date advances in our industry. We have achieved high standards and accreditations to keep us on top of our game.

Aries was one of the first Canadian fireproofing contractors to acquire an accreditation from the NFCA. Our commitment to continuing education includes giving back as Aries has been a frequent presenter at NFCA conferences and also serve on the Board of Directors and the Health and Safety Committee.

FCIA educates not only contractors installing firestop systems, but also the architects who are designing and specifying firestop systems; officials who are inspecting these systems; the healthcare facilities engineers who are maintaining and managing these systems. Their objective is to achieve a worldwide acknowledgement of the Specialized Trade of Firestopping and Effective Comparmentalization. Aries continuously participates in these initiatives and has been a member in good standing since its inception.

The EIFS Council of Canada (ECC) serves as the “official voice” for the Canadian EIFS industry. The ECC and its membership have set the highest standard for exterior wall systems. Today, the EIFS industry is able to place a checkmark beside exterior wall expectations with unparalleled confidence and affirmed experience. Aries Contracting has been a member in good standing with the Council since its inception.

Founded in 1889, the Ottawa Construction Association today is one of the largest regional construction associations in Canada and the voice of Ottawa's non-residential construction industry. The OCA aims to maintain and promote high standards in the construction industry.

Aries is a participating member in good standing with a number of Construction Associations across Central and Atlantic Canada.
Established in 1918, Canadian Construction Association’s (CCA) vision is to build Canada with ethics, skills and responsibility. CCA’s mission is to be the national voice for the Canadian construction industry.

Aries Contracting is the “Voice of the Provincial Construction Industry” in Newfoundland and Labrador.

CANS represents more than 780 large and small companies throughout Atlantic Canada that build, renovate and restore non-residential buildings, roads, bridges and other engineering projects.
